These Terms of Service apply to your use of sw3boutique.com and to purchases, services, enquiries and interactions with SW3 Boutique online and in our Knightsbridge boutique.
By using our website, placing an order, requesting a quote, selling, consigning or sourcing an item with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT SW3 BOUTIQUE

We specialise in authenticated luxury bags, accessories, selected jewellery, watches, Chrome Hearts pieces, selling services, consignment and global sourcing.
References to “SW3 Boutique”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to SW3 Boutique and our website sw3boutique.com.
References to “you” or “customer” refer to the person using our website, purchasing from us, selling to us, consigning with us or requesting our services.
2. INDEPENDENT LUXURY RESALE BOUTIQUE
SW3 Boutique is an independent luxury resale boutique.
We are not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or officially connected with Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Rolex, Patek Philippe, Chrome Hearts, Cartier, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille or any other brand featured on our website.
Brand names, model names, trademarks and logos are used only to accurately describe the items offered for resale.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND CONDITION
Most items offered by SW3 Boutique are pre-owned, vintage, second-hand, sourced, consigned or previously handled luxury goods unless expressly stated otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to describe each item accurately, including brand, model, material, colour, hardware, condition, age, inclusions and visible wear where relevant.
However, as many items are pre-owned, minor signs of wear, colour variation, leather texture, hardware marks, shape changes, odour, ageing or previous handling may exist and may not always be fully visible in photographs.
Product images are for reference only. Colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen brightness and colour settings.
Measurements, descriptions and condition assessments are approximate and provided in good faith.
Our condition guide is used as follows:
Brand New
Unused and in flawless or near flawless condition.
Pristine
Like new with minimal handling.
Excellent
Very light signs of wear.
Very Good
Light wear from careful use.
Good
Visible signs of wear.
Fair
Noticeable wear, priced accordingly.
Luxury resale condition is subjective and may vary from person to person. Please review all images, descriptions and condition notes carefully before purchasing.
4. AUTHENTICATION
Every item is reviewed before being listed.
Depending on the item, our process may include in-house checks, condition review, detail inspection, provenance review and selected third-party authentication support such as Entrupy or Bababebi where applicable.
Not every item will include a third-party certificate unless stated on the product page or agreed in writing.
Authentication tools and third-party opinions support our process but do not replace your own responsibility to review all item details before purchase.
If you have any questions about an item’s authenticity, condition or inclusions, please contact us before purchasing.
5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted once we confirm and process it.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, including where an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, suspected to be fraudulent, high risk, or where required verification is not completed.
Because many of our items are one-off resale pieces, availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted and confirmed.
If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and arrange a refund where appropriate.
6. PRICING, TAXES AND VAT MARGIN SCHEME
Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Selected second-hand goods may be sold under the UK VAT Margin Scheme where applicable. Where the Margin Scheme applies, VAT is not separately itemised or recoverable by the customer.
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees or local charges that may apply in the destination country.
7. PAYMENT AND SECURITY CHECKS
We accept selected online payment methods shown at checkout.
For high-value purchases, SW3 Boutique may request additional security checks before dispatch.
For fraud prevention and customer protection, we may request valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
We reserve the right not to dispatch an order until verification is completed to our satisfaction.
If verification is not provided, fails, or raises concerns, we may cancel the order and process a refund to the original payment method.
8. SHIPPING, BILLING ADDRESS AND COLLECTION
For orders paid online through Shopify, items must be shipped to the billing address linked to the payment method unless we agree otherwise in writing.
In-store collection is not available for Shopify orders unless expressly approved by SW3 Boutique.
We may refuse to ship to third-party addresses, forwarding addresses, hotels, temporary addresses, unverified addresses or addresses that we consider high risk.
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, payment checks, address verification, force majeure or events outside our control.
Once an item is delivered to the address provided and signed for where required, responsibility passes to the customer.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND FINAL SALE
Due to the nature of luxury resale, authentication risk, condition sensitivity and anti-swap protection, items sold by SW3 Boutique may be final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Please inspect all photographs, descriptions, condition notes, dimensions, inclusions and policy information carefully before purchasing.
If you are unsure about any item, please contact us before placing your order.
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
10. IN-STORE PURCHASES AND COLLECTION
For in-store purchases or approved in-store collection, customers may be asked to provide ID, payment card details for verification, signature confirmation and/or collection acknowledgement.
Once an item has been inspected and collected in person, the customer confirms that the item has been received and accepted in the condition presented at the time of collection.
SW3 Boutique is not responsible for any item once it has been collected and accepted by the customer, except where required by law.
11. SELLING TO US, QUOTES AND CONSIGNMENT
Online quotes, WhatsApp quotes, email quotes and preliminary valuations are indicative only.
Final offers are subject to in-person inspection, authenticity checks, condition review, market demand, completeness, ownership verification and internal approval.
We reserve the right to revise, reduce or withdraw an offer if the item condition, authenticity, inclusions, market demand or resale suitability differs from the information initially provided.
Instant buyout and payment in as little as 40 minutes may be available for selected items after final checks. This is not guaranteed for every item.
Consignment terms, pricing, commission, payout timing and responsibilities will be agreed separately in writing before consignment begins.
SW3 Boutique does not guarantee that a consigned item will sell within a specific timeframe or at a specific price.
12. GLOBAL SOURCING SERVICE
Our global sourcing service helps clients request rare Chanel, Hermès, watches, jewellery and other luxury pieces through our supplier and collector network.
Sourcing timeframes are estimates only. A typical sourcing request may take around 14 working days, but this may vary depending on rarity, market availability, seller response time, authentication, shipping and client requirements.
A 20% deposit may be required to begin or secure a sourcing request.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sourcing deposits are non-refundable once we begin the sourcing process, reserve an item, or commit to a supplier on your behalf.
Final item availability, price, condition and inclusions are subject to confirmation before completion.
Prices may change if market conditions or item availability changes before the deposit is paid and the item is secured.
13. WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including text, images, design, layout, branding, product descriptions and original media, is owned by or licensed to SW3 Boutique unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, distribute, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SW3 Boutique is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from your use of our website, services or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
15. PRIVACY
We process customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version published on our website at the time of your order, purchase or service request will apply.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
