Our Authentication Process
Authentication is not based on one single detail. We review each item from multiple angles, comparing physical characteristics, construction quality, brand-specific details and condition consistency.
Step 01
White-Glove Handling
Each item is handled carefully in our boutique environment. We first assess the overall appearance, structure, shape, leather quality and presentation before moving into detailed inspection.
Step 02
Measurements & Proportions
We check dimensions, proportions, handle drop, silhouette and construction accuracy. For luxury handbags, small differences in size, alignment and balance can be important indicators.
Step 03
Interior & Detail Inspection
We examine internal stamps, stitching, leather texture, hardware engraving, glazing, interior finish, pockets, closures and other model-specific details to check consistency.
Step 04
Technology-Assisted Review
Where appropriate, we use magnification, digital microscopic imaging and technology-assisted tools to support our internal checks.
Step 05
Accessories & Final Review
We review completeness, packaging, dust bag, box, receipt, authenticity card, microchip or serial details where applicable. Final approval depends on authenticity, condition and resale suitability.
