Refund & Return Policy
SW3 Boutique specialises in authenticated luxury and pre-owned designer goods. Please read our refund and return terms carefully before making a purchase.
In-store purchases
Final Sale — No Refunds or Exchanges
- All in-store purchases are final sale.
- We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for in-store purchases.
- Please check the item, condition, size, colour, hardware, accessories and any signs of wear carefully before purchase.
- Pre-owned items may show natural signs of use, which form part of their condition and value.
Online orders
14-Day Return & Exchange Policy
- Online orders placed through our website, Shopify checkout, payment link, invoice or WhatsApp may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
- To be eligible, the item must be returned in exactly the same condition as when it was dispatched.
- The item must not be used, worn, altered, cleaned, damaged, stained, perfumed or exposed to smoke, odour or moisture.
- All original accessories, dust bag, box, authenticity documents, receipts and packaging must be returned together where applicable.
Security tag requirement
Security Tag Must Remain Attached
- All SW3 Boutique anti-switch / security tags must remain fully attached.
- The security tag must not be removed, cut, damaged, replaced or tampered with.
- If the security tag is removed or altered, the return or exchange may be refused.
- We may compare returned items against dispatch photos, videos, serial details, authentication records and condition reports.
Return inspection
Item Must Match Our Dispatch Record
- The returned item must be the exact same item originally dispatched by SW3 Boutique.
- Returns or exchanges will only be processed after the item has been inspected by our team.
- If the item is returned in a different condition, damaged, incomplete or with signs of use, the return or exchange may be refused.
- Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
For online orders, customers must contact SW3 Boutique within 14 calendar days from the delivery date before sending any item back. The item must be returned in the same condition as dispatched, with all accessories included and the SW3 Boutique security tag still fully attached. In-store purchases remain final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
