What you will do:

Source luxury handbags and accessories to meet market demand and seasonal trends.

Purchase stock within agreed budgets while protecting margin targets.

Manage inventory levels to ensure consistent stock flow and availability.

Identify products accurately, including model, collection, materials, and key features.

Negotiate with suppliers and partners to secure competitive terms and dependable supply.

Monitor procurement budgets, forecasting, and spend versus plan.

Uphold quality, authenticity, and brand standards across all buying activities.

Track market pricing and competitor activity to inform buying decisions.

Maintain clear procurement records and reporting for management review.

What we are looking for:

Proven procurement or buying experience, ideally within luxury goods, fashion, or resale.

Strong product identification skills and attention to detail.

Confident negotiator with commercial judgment and supplier management capability.

Experience working with budgets, forecasting, and inventory controls.

High integrity and commitment to authenticity and quality standards.

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

What we offer:

Salary of £54,700 per annum.

Full-time role based in London.

Visa sponsorship: Initial sponsorship period of 2 years, with potential extension subject to performance and review.

Business Sales Executive

What you will do:

Advise customers through the full buying process using deep luxury handbag market knowledge.

Work closely with procurement and marketing to align sales activity with stock flow and campaigns.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including international buyers.

Prepare sales reports and dashboards, including pipeline, conversion, and product performance.

Analyse buyer behaviour and provide insights to inform the Director’s decisions on stock and trends.

Represent the business at relevant trade shows and events to support brand awareness and market positioning.

Capture market intelligence at events, including competitor activity, pricing signals, and emerging demand.

Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure high standards of customer communication.

What we are looking for:

Demonstrable luxury handbag market knowledge, including brands, models, pricing, and trend cycles.

Proven sales experience in luxury retail, resale, fashion, or a comparable customer-led environment.

Strong consultative selling skills with a premium service mindset.

Ability to produce clear sales reports and convert data into practical recommendations.

Confidence representing a brand at events and speaking with senior buyers and partners.

Salary of £42,000 per annum.
