We use Entrupy and Bababebi to authenticate bags, except for those not supported by these services. In these cases, authentication is carried out in-house by our team of experts. Each item undergoes a thorough examination to ensure its authenticity. If an item is found to be non-authentic, we will not list it for sale, and it will be destroyed.

• Product Representation:
  We make every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions accurately represent the items available for sale. However, due to variations in lighting and in-person viewing, we recommend visiting the boutique to see the items up close.

• Pricing and Changes:
  All prices, product descriptions, and images are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on availability, demand, and other market factors.

Each item is thoroughly inspected before being listed for sale. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of historical information or anecdotes about items. We reserve the right to amend or update item descriptions as necessary.

• ID Verification:
  For in-store purchases over £8,000, we recommend clients bring a valid form of ID (passport or driving license) for verification. No proof of address is required.

• Privacy:
  Any personal information provided to LUXURY KNIGHTSBRIDGE LIMITED will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties, except for marketing and order fulfilment purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse any services to any individual or business at any time, in accordance with the law. However, we will never refuse service based on a protected characteristic (e.g., race, sex, disability, religion, etc.), as outlined in the Equality Act 2010.

• No Refunds or Exchanges:
  Consignment items are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes for any consignment stock.
  However, vouchers can be used towards the purchase of consignment items.

• Payment for Consignment:
  Payments for consignment items will be made within 2 working days once the item is sold.

• In-Store Returns:
  Returns are accepted only for items purchased from our own stock. For consignment items, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes.
  Refunds for our own stock will be issued in the form of a credit note or part exchange, at our discretion.

• Eligibility for Credit Note or Exchange (For Own Stock Only):

  • Original tags must be attached.

  • All receipts, paperwork, and original packaging must accompany the item.

  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was sold.

  • Items can only be purchased and returned once. Any subsequent purchase of the same item by the same customer will be exempt from our refund policy.

• Return Period (For Own Stock Only):
  Items can be returned in-store within 14 days for a credit note or part exchange if they meet the eligibility criteria.

• Second Purchase (For Own Stock Only):
  Any second purchase made through credit note or exchange is exempt from our refund and exchange policies.

• Return Inspection (For Own Stock Only):
  Upon receiving a return, our team will inspect and photograph the item. We will contact you within 72 hours (excluding weekends) regarding the issuance of a credit note or exchange.

We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. If you purchase an item from us and it is proven to be counterfeit, we will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price. This refund is subject to verification by a third-party authentication report from a recognized and reputable institution. Please note that this is based solely on official authentication reports, not personal judgment.
